Precision Secondary Closures for I.V. Bottles
Two products. Engineered for pharmaceutical-grade intravenous packaging, manufactured with zero compromise on quality.
Euro Head Cap for I.V. Bottles
A single secondary closure for standard intravenous bottles. The self sealing Bromo Butyl rubber disc is assembled into an LDPE cap, moulded using precision injection tooling, to provide sterile spike access and to suit different bottle neck specifications.

Twin Port Cap for I.V. Bottles
A dual-port secondary closure for large-volume parenteral bottles, allowing simultaneous drug addition and fluid administration. Independent TPE - Thermoplastic Elastomer at each port maintains sterility.

Raw Material QC
Every raw material is tested as per it's specifications before entering for production.

Injection Moulding
Products are moulded to match with specifications and tight tolerances with temperature and pressure precisely controlled for consistent, repeatable quality.

Disc Assembly
Bromo Butyl discs are seated into moulded shells under controlled environmental conditions.

Final Inspection
Every cap undergoes 100% visual and dimensional inspection, functional tests as per ISO protocol.
